Jars of Clay Wins at Nashville Music Awards


Competing against the likes of Francesca Battistelli, Ashley Cleveland, Brandon Heath, and rock group RED, Jars of Clay took home the award in the “Gospel/Contemporary Christian Album of the Year” competition at the Nashville Music Awards on October 7th 2009.

Open to mainstream and Christian artists alike, the purpose of the NMA’s is to recognize Nashville area residents for their contributions to music.

Other CM artists nominated included Mat Kearney, Brandon Heath, Jason Ingram, and Matthew West.
